Public Notice of Intention to Amend
Policy or Procedure

The Disability Planning Organization of Kansas hereby gives noticeof its intention to consider amendments to 82.2 Establishing Written Policies and Procedures Implementing the DD Reform Act . Particulars of the amendments will be considered on July 7, 2011 .

Prior to this consideration any person wishing to offer suggestions or comments regarding proposed changes should do so by electronic submission on or before 1 p.m., Wednesday, July 6, 2011 .
